This actually still possible. They are set up good to win their remaining games. They have Wake Forest at home, then travel to Duke, then have a week off before playing Georgia at home. Yes, these games do pose threats but they are very winnable. Plus, they should be able to beat whatever team is representing the ACC Atlantic in the ACC Title game.
However, they need some help. They need at least 4 of the 5 remaining undefeated BCS teams to lose. I think they actually might be able to pass up an undefeated Boise St and TCU to play for the national championship. They also have to hope that Penn St, LSU, Oregon lose at least one more time to be safe. Because if those 3 teams somehow finish with one loss then I think they get in before Georgia Tech would. Of course there is no guarantee that they would get in before a one loss Texas or Bama either.

Yes I am reaching a bit. However, I think they could win out the rest of the season. But if they won out and other teams had one loss, Georgia Tech would have a legitimate claim to play for the national title. I still think it is going to be Texas vs Florida/Bama in the national title game.
