i dont want dudwig. 2 names i would be interested in. 1 Norv Turner. 2 Dave Cutcliffe. I doubt either of these two will come to USC. Cutcliffe has gotten Duke turned around and should be there for a while. Norv Turner will always be able to get a head coaching gig in the NFL.

To the topic starter. Yes the PAC 10 is a very good conference this year. But what I do not understand is that people are still showing no love for the ACC. The ACC is just as good if not better than the PAC 10. Right now, Georgia Tech is better than anyone in the PAC 10. Then there is Boston College, North Carolina, Miami, Virginia Tech, and Clemson all sitting at 7-3. Match those 6 up against Oregon, Stanford, USC, Oregon St, Arizona, and Cal and you got some good overall matchups right now.

The PAC 10 has also been very good overall in the past. The problem was USC winning the conference year in and year out. It is now good to see other teams stepping up and knocking USC off it's pedestal. The conference overall should only get tougher from hear on out. Especially if Harbaugh, Neuheisel, Tedford, Kelly, and Riley stay in the conference. The one team I would watch out for in the future would be UCLA. As long as Neuheisel can keep that program clean and get his players in there they could end up being the best team in the PAC 10 in 2 two years.

Stanford lost to Wake Forest.
